Abstract
Despite cyclophosphamide and steroids being the mainstay of treatment for antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA)-associated vasculitis (AAV), up to 10% of cases remain refractory [1]. For these refractory patients and those intolerant of the conventional therapy, recent successful report of response with rituximab (RIT) provide promising future therapeutic hope.Comments:
