Pulmonary Hypertension in patients with End-Stage Renal Failure on Hemodialysis via Surgically Created A-V Access

Abstract
An echocardiographic diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension (PH) is made when the systolic pulmonary arterial pressure (PAP) exceeds normal value of 30 mmHg. In mild PH, PAP values range up to 45 mmHg, in moderate PH, PAP is between 45 and 65 mmHg, and in severe PH, PAP values are greater than 65 mmHg.Comentarios :
